We are seeking an experienced Associate Director/Director, Statistical Programmer to join our team. In this position, you will combine deep technical expertise with leadership to advance our statistical programming capabilities in support of clinical and preclinical research. You will play a key role in designing and executing statistical analyses that support our therapeutic development pipeline, while contributing to the growth and mentorship of our statistical programming team.
What You'll Bring
– Advanced proficiency in SAS programming with demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical or biotech environments
– Strong background in statistical analysis and data management within drug development
– Leadership experience or readiness to lead statistical programming initiatives
– Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience
– Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
– Commitment to quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance in statistical programming
