We use information to respond to you, to provide recruitment services, to operate and improve the Site, and to meet legal obligations.
We use the information we collect to:
In short
The Site uses a few cookies to work, plus one optional tool, Google Analytics, which counts visits. In the United States it is on unless you switch it off; everywhere else it stays off unless you turn it on. Cookie preferences, at the bottom of every page, changes your choice at any time.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember preferences, and to gather information about how a site is used. Websites can also keep information in your browser’s local or session storage, which works in much the same way. This section lists what the Site, and the services built into it, keep in your browser.
The first time you visit, a banner explains the optional tools (Google Analytics) and lets you choose. What happens next depends on where you are:
Your choice is kept in your own browser as cls_consent_v1. It identifies no one and is never sent to us. If you allowed a tool, we ask again after a year. If you switch a tool off after it has run, the Site deletes the cookies it set here and reloads the page; cookies a service sets on its own domain can only be removed in your browser’s settings. Cookies left by tools our previous website used (the consent tool’s, with names beginning cmplz_, and _zitok, set by ZoomInfo, which this Site no longer uses) are deleted when you visit, along with ZoomInfo’s session entries.
The Site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google Analytics uses first-party cookies (for example, cookies beginning with _ga) to help us understand how visitors interact with the Site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. This information is used in aggregate to measure and improve the Site’s performance. It is not used to identify you personally.
We load it directly from Google with Google signals and ad personalization switched off, so what it collects is not used to build advertising profiles. Its cookies are _ga and _ga_1REPH9KR51, which tell one browser from another and keep track of a visit, for up to two years.
Unlike the older Universal Analytics, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store your full IP address. Your IP address is used momentarily to estimate a general location (such as country or city) and is then discarded rather than saved. Data collected by Google Analytics is processed by Google on our behalf. To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see Google’s “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” and the Google Privacy Policy.
Some parts of the Site load from other companies, which may set their own cookies or keep information in your browser under their own name:
__cf_bm, 30 minutes).cf_clearance) when it checks that a visitor is not an automated program. The Site also keeps a seven-day log, without network addresses, of old page addresses that visitors follow, so it can send them to the right page. The Site serves its own typeface, so pages make no font requests to anyone else. It also keeps a few small items in your browser: your consent choice (above); the tag showing how you reached us, when your link carried one and analytics is on, in session storage for the rest of the visit; a WordPress check of which emoji your browser can display, in session storage; and an entry LeadConnector’s script keeps for a contact form on the page.
You have several ways to control cookies and analytics:

Depending on where you live, other state privacy laws (for example, in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and a growing number of additional states) may give you rights similar to those described for California, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of certain processing. We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide our services, to respond to you, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured in Google Analytics. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
